Christmas Eve in South Dallas
(December 2009)
The toy collection for the Dallas International Street Church (DISC) was a success thanks to all of you who generously donated gifts for the children.
The Zoya Ministry team including five families of volunteers took the opportunity at Christmas Eve to serve the needy families of the South Dallas neighborhood. We helped set up, during the party, we sang praise and worship, passed out food and gifts and took family pictures of all who attended the party. Because of your generosity, every child was able to receive a toy and parents received family photos.
Thank you Brother Robert for boldly proclaiming the gospel and delivering the message of why we were really there, celebrating our Savior’s Birth and the reason He came!
A special thank you to the Gordon, York, Callahan, Ratliff and Arogunmati families for helping us share God’s love with the people of South Dallas. It is always an absolute joy for Zoya Ministries to see the love of Jesus being shared with others, especially those less fortunate.
