On our previous visit to MOM in 2006, we met two women whose lives were touched by God and returned to share their journeys with us.

The first woman shared that when she was here 2 years ago she told the doctor (Dr. David Abebefe) that she had been married for 10+ years but was still unable to conceive a child. Dr David gave her vitamins and told her the best thing he could offer her was prayer.  He prayed for her right there and then in the clinic. 2 years later, she returned to introduce her son, whom God had blessed her with, and for us to share in her joy.

The second woman who returned to share with us, told us the tragic story of her son whom we had seen in 2006, who passed away a few months after we left.  A few months after that, her husband also died. Yet in the midst of her tragedy and hardship, she wanted to celebrate the goodness of God. What an inspiration.

Through these two women God showed us that His name is worthy of praise in ALL circumstances.  He promised to give us a peace that passes all understanding and this woman's testimony is evidence of that peace.
