Personal preparation for the trip
Spiritually
Pray for God to use you to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pray for His direction in which area of ministry you should serve in the mission field. (Proverbs 3:6)
Read Zoya Ministries’ Statement of Faith
Mentally
Spend time reading God’s word (the bible) each day. Meditate on scriptures daily to renew your mind and help you develop the mind of Christ. (Joshua 1:8)
Physically
Develop a lifestyle of fasting. (Mark 9:29) We believe that God uses medical missions to draw individuals who are sick to His salvation and healing power. We believe that as we submit ourselves to Him through prayer and fasting, His healing power is manifested as we care for those we serve.
